All of our products are handmade with utmost care and love. We use the latest technology to enhance the form of the jewel.

This means that the jewellery you have purchased may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities. For example, stone and enamel shades and details may vary within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens. Minakari (Enamelling) is a completely hand done artform and there might be slight colour variations from one piece to another.

Returns & exchanges are therefore only allowed if the product that you have purchased doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

We request you to carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before you place the order. 

If your piece is damaged or you have received an incorrect product, please send us a photo and request an exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item to pallavifoley@gmail.com  or call +91 72596 69103

R E P A I R S

I offer repair services for all my jewellery products, including re-plating at a minimal cost. Please email us at pallavifoley@gmail.com and we will send you an estimate. You would need to bear the cost of the repairs and shipping.

Please note

This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

We make no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
