Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pallavi Foley Boutique jewels offers FREE shipping on every product to its customers residing within India through our tie ups with Blue Dart and DTDC. To ensure optimum safety and a hassle free online shopping experience, all our shipments are insured till it reaches your doorstep.

All our products are specially packaged in travel-safe, tamper-proof packing and utmost care is taken at every stage to ensure that the product reaches your hands in perfect condition. We request our customers to thoroughly check the parcel before signing any receipt. Once a receipt is signed by the Customer, the Customer cannot dispute and/or make a claim about the quality, quantity and /or any other aspect of the product .

 

D E L I V E R Y

We usually have a few collections ready to dispatch, but sometimes the process takes long since it is all handmade. We usually deliver our pieces within 5-7 working days.

The process from start to finish takes around 3 – 5 weeks in total for complex pieces. The delivery time is mentioned, under the collection details.

There might be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

If you’d like to make special requests for quicker delivery, please do write to me at pallavifoley@gmail.com and I will try my best to accommodate it.

Pallavi Foley Boutique jewels is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities.

 

T R A C K I N G

Once the order has been dispatched, we send a Whatsapp confirmation with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with the logistics partner.

We accept payments via most Indian and International credit and debit cards. Additionally, you could use:

We only sell and deliver in India at the moment.

  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
